CREF aids Smart Start Payne County
Smart Start Payne County recently received a grant from Central Rural Electric Foundation to purchase audio-visual equipment for their training room.
The equipment will be used to train early childhood professionals through Smart Start, Head Start, childcare resource and referral and other community partners. The training room is located in the Stillwater Head Start facility and is available to nonprofit social service agencies to use
