The CRE Foundation, a board independent of Central Rural Electric Cooperative, administers a program called “Operation Round Up.” The CRE Foundation makes grants available to individual projects within the CREC service area. The board recently approved $1,659 to help fund the Payne County 4-H Achievement Banquet, contest awards, Cloverbud Fun Day and Junior Round-up.
