The CRE Foundation, a board independent of Central Rural Electric Cooperative, administers a program called “Operation Round Up.” The CRE Foundation makes grants available to individual projects within the CREC service area. The board recently approved $1,000 to help fund the building of Helen’s Nature Center in Stillwater.
